Document the following about your software project, at minimum: 1. the business logic (the why? and what? if not obvious from code) 2. significant architectural and data design decisions: [Architectural Decision Records](Architectural%20Decision%20Records.md), [Conjecture Records](Conjecture%20Records.md) 3. the local dev env setup and the testing and deployment process, 4. any configuration options, and 5. how observability (logging, monitoring and alerting) works.
