Everyone is part of the team and we communicate face to face daily. We will work together on everything from requirements to code. We will create the best solution to our problem that we can together. Face to face communication is faster and more reliable than anything else. Written communication is more wasteful: While it allows you to reach a larger audience and is asynchronous, it is one-way communication without questions or feedback. Verbal communication allows for clarifications, feedback, brainstorming, and even more efficient problem solving: When problems arise, typically someone already knows the solution. Without fluid communication, that knowledge does not easily reach the person in charge of fixing the problems.
