Explain in a single sentence how you intend to put out the fire. If nothing is on fire, find a process improvement suggestion to make or highlight a potential risk mitigation. Pick the one suggestion or mitigation that has the most impact or business value and focus on it. Only describe two or three if it is genuinely hard to decide which one is the most important.
